As we head into the April, hopefully we will get
to experience some spring weather. A reminder that there will be no school on
Good Friday April 19th and Easter Monday April 21st.
In Language
Arts, we will be critical opinion piece on the university admission scandal in the
United States of America. In addition, we will be continuing to work on finding
the main idea in a variety of mediums, examining point of view and working on
word choice through a creation of a six word story. Furthermore, we will be working on creating protests signs and motivation posters.
In History,
we will be examining Canada’s beginnings before 1713, and eventually moving
into the mid 1700’s. We will have a quiz and will be preparing for a test in mid May.
I hope
everyone is doing well and I know the warmer weather will soon be coming.
